KOICA Global Fellowship Program: Human Rights Education Training Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Communities
As one of the global training projects of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), this educational program operates in close cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN OHCHR), the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights (RWI), and the United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG). This global fellowship program is designed for local government officials.
Local Advocate Training
This local advocate training project was initiated through a multilateral agreement between Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights Asia-Pacific Regional Office (RWI Jakarta Office), UCLG ASPAC, and Gwangju Metropolitan City for international human rights education. Officials from local governments, national human rights organizations and civil organizations meet at the annual World Human Rights Cities Forum to share their achievements in individual projects and interact with experts.
