『Say Hi through Pics』 Photo Contest

Asia Culture City Forum and Gwangju International Center are cooperationg to hold a 'Say Hi through Pics' photo contest for International and local residents in Gwangju who are unable to visit often their family members and friends due to COVID-19. Submit pictures with a text that you would like to send to your relatives and friends. 

1. Name of the Event: 『Say Hi through Pics』  Photo Contest

2. Eligibility: Those who live in Gwangju and would like to say hi to their family members and friends

3. Theme: Photo with a 1-line text

4. Schedule

- Registration : October 19 (Mon) ~ November 15 (Sun)

- Judge : November 16 (Mon) ~ November 17 (Tue)

- Notification of Results : November 18 (Wed)

5. How to apply

② Submit the photo by email (Email: gicday2020@gmail.com)

※ WRITE ★YOUR NAME★, ★NAME OF THE PHOTO★ in the email.

※ In order to apply for this event, you need to complete No. ① and ②. 

※ Entries : Within 2 photos per person ※ Photo Size : No restrictions on size and capacity (If necessary, original file application will be requested)

6. Judging Criteria : Subject relevance, workability, reponses, etc. 

7. Final Exhibition Work Selection and Awards : Total 27 people

8. Notes

○ Intellectual property rights and all rights, such as copyright (including the right to write and use secondary works, etc.) of the submitted photos, are owned by Asia Culture City Forum and Gwangju International Center.

○ Applicants are responsible for all disputes regarding intellectual property and copyrights of submitted photos.

○ Winners from other contests are excluded from judging. After the winners announcement , if it is confirmed that the applicant has won other contests, the award will be canceled and withdrawn.

○ If two pictures from the same person are selected there can only be one individual prize
