Join the Gwangju Art Class on Saturday, March 2, for a Watercolor Paint & Sip event!
PEACE IS A FOREST Watercolor Paint & Sip
Where: Gwangju International Center, 1st floor lobby
(61475, 5, Jungang-ro 196 beongil (Geumnam-ro 3ga), Dong-gu, Gwangju)
Time: 2pm - 5pm or 6pm if you accompany us to Muanyo Gallery Cafe for a wheel pottery demonstration and to sip some tea or coffee (This is a great opportunity to sign up for future pottery classes!)
Price: 15,000 won (bring your own beverage), or 20,000 won (with wine) Cash at the door or bank transfer
Follow the link here to sign up for the event!

Price covers material costs and light snacks. You will receive paper, up to 4 B3, and as many A4 or smaller pieces as you want, artist’s ink and watercolor, tape and other incidentals
What to expect:
In celebration of peace and love and the latest exhibition, Peace is a Forest, we will be painting a cacti and succulent garden (or forest) using watercolor and ink.
Explore organic painting and experiment with wet-on-wet techniques and quill or dip pens, while you wet your whistle on some wine and fruit.
***Please note: I may not be able to prepare a large variety of refreshments for this event due to not being near a mart and unfixed address for deliveries. I will focus on fruit, which is healthier anyway ^u^ You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages.
Depending on sign ups, red and white wine will be prepared, giving preference to those who pay in advance by bank transfer. A sticker system will be used to identify these folks.
***However, I will not be offering refunds, so if you think you may not be able to make it or might need to cancel, please pay with cash instead when you arrive.
Walk-ins with cash at the door will be welcome as space allows, but there is no guarantee that space will be available or supplies will last. Tell your friends!
I look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
