'Adventure sports', when we heard the word, we could imagine a lot of scenes such as caving, scuba diving, surfing and so on.

They look great but dangerous, too. The most interesting thing is that we haven’t experienced most of them due to many excuses like money, jobs, time and courage. These always interrupt us to challenge those sports. However, through his talk, we could realize that we can do adventure sports if we really want them. We usually give up when we face limitations or bad situations before trying them. There is no rule and no competitor. The only one who we have to compete with is ourselves. In other words, only we can make the rule. Overcome yourself! And Challenge against limitations by experiencing adventure sports which can grow us up.
