- Dates and Time: May 22(Sun.) 12:00~18:00
- Venue: Gwangju City Hall Outdoor Plaza
The 15th Together day will be held on May 22 at the Gwangju City Hall Outdoor Plaza. If you would like to represent your country by participating in one of the booths, please fill out the form below and submit it by no later than Sunday, April 24. Further details will be confirmed by the GIC (Gwangju International Center) coordinator in charge of the specific booth that you apply. If you have any questions about booth operation, please email us at moon@gic.or.kr
Please note that the registration is not on first come, first serve basis. The registration is open until April 24.
Global Culture Booth | ※All applicants must participate in the Culture Evaluation which will take place from April 28 - 30, from 9:30 to 5 pm. - Subsidy: 100,000 won - Participants must provide traditional culture experience program and games of their country. - Experience fee: Free or up to 2,000 won/ person. - Participants must decorate their booths according to the characteristics of each country. |
Global Food Booth | ※All applicants must participate in the Food Evaluation which will take place from April 28 - 30, from 9:30 to 5 pm. - Subsidy: 300,000 won (before the event: 150,000 won / after the event 150,000 won) - All food must be in take-out packaging and each booth should have 3 menu. (beverage is NOT a food menu) - The food can be sold for up to 3,000 won per menu. - Participants must prepare at least 60 servings for all menu. (Ex: total 60 servings, 3 menu = min. 20 servings per menu) - Participants who runs a restaurant/ catering service is not eligible for subsidy. - Cooking/ reheating is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the venue. - Food must be prepared as finished products and brought to the event venue. - Participants must decorate booths according to the characteristics of each country. |
